About Mystic Metrics

At Mystic Metrics, we believe healing is both an art and a science — a journey of transformation that begins within and ripples outward into every part of life. We are more than a company. We are a collective of wellness professionals, coaches, and healers devoted to restoring balance — mind, body, and soul.  Many of our coaches and guides are Board or Locally certified, and whose services may qualify for HSA reimbursement. 

At this time, we do not offer to bill insurance, but this is on the roadmap in the near future. 

Founded by Rachel Schools, a Certified Health & Wellness Coach and long-time healthcare revenue cycle optimization coach, Mystic Metrics was created to bridge two worlds: traditional healthcare and holistic healing.

Our providers include wellness coaches, energy practitioners, and trauma-informed facilitators united by one purpose — to help you reconnect with your body, restore emotional balance, and live in harmony with your natural rhythm.

Together, we are building a full-spectrum wellness organization rooted in science, spirituality, and community — with a permanent retreat center opening in the sacred lands of Little Egypt, Illinois in 2026, with more to follow.

• Transformational Retreats — Intimate, all-inclusive experiences that integrate movement, meditation, energy work, rest, and brother/sisterhood — where every detail is handled with care so you can focus fully on your healing. 
• Holistic Business Mentorship — For healers ready to expand their practice and align their purpose with prosperity. We assist with building out certification and credentialing paths.
